Additional Academic Resources & Support
The Success Center is a great place to start your journey at Baylor. As you immerse yourself further in your studies and hone your areas of interest, you'll discover that the University offers additional opportunities and resources to enhance your undergraduate experience.
The Baylor Libraries
One of the greatest resources on campus (and online) is the Baylor Libraries, which is comprised of the Central Libraries (Moody Memorial and Jones Library) and several special collections libraries including one of the world's most beautiful libraries -- the Armstrong Browning Library and Museum. The Libraries empower your learning by:
- Assisting with your research through expert assistance, digital resources and print materials
- Supporting your learning through your own subject specialist librarian
- Providing places for study and experiential learning opportunities
- Offering technologies for check out and on-site use essential to your development
With these resources, HelpDesk+ for technology assistance, a Starbucks coffee shop and much more, the Baylor Libraries are the hub of academic life at Baylor.
University Writing Center
Regardless of your major or level of study, you can become a more effective and more confident writer. Trained graduate and undergraduate consultants collaborate with you in supportive and nonjudgmental ways — in-person and online — to encourage and assist with writing projects at all stages. You will find the University Writing Center on the second floor of Moody Memorial Library.
Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Achievement (URSA)
URSA is a campus-wide initiative for students of all disciplines that supports, promotes and enhances high-quality undergraduate research and scholarship. Students, from first-years to seniors, are encouraged to maximize their education and experience through research.
